Future of Food

A series of modular plates house 30 self dependent grow pods which circulate the building in sync with the growth cycle of the produce within. Food is autonomously delivered to the base of the tower where it is harvested, pack-aged and distributed. Dynamic uv panels attached to each pod further track and optimize sun exposure throughout the day, transforming solar energy into the electricity which powers the pod’s specified internal grow light tubes, which in turn accelerate and enhance the plant growth cycles. The input of this information can be analyzed and utilized to ensure ultimate efficiency in production cycles in accordance with the demands of the consumer.
